Welcome to the Polymer Chemistry group at the University of Potsdam
Our research is centered around Advanced Fluids as reaction and process media for polymers. We are particularly interested in the synthesis and functionalization of fluorinated polymers (VDF homo- and copolymers) as well as on a detailed understanding of polymerization kinetics and mechanisms. Poster prize
Congratulations to Rebekka Siegmann who won a poster prize for her work on kinetic data in vinylidene fluoride copolymerizations at the polymer reaction engineering conference in Cancun.
Change in positions
I was appointed as full professor of Technical Chemistry at Clausthal University of Technology. During the summer semester the group will move to Clausthal.
